Thinking about focus

So today I was thinking about all the things I want to work on in 2017:
1. Mastering all things Tunisian crochet. Goal: one project a week.

2. Korean... as high a level as I  can learn.  Goal: 10 episodes of hanguli and yahoo a week

3. Taekwondo...Goal: class at least 3 times a week

4. Healthy weight loss and fitness. Same as 3

5. Master wheat free baking/cooking. Goal: Organize a class with zack and do a recipe a week.

6. Reorganize homeschooling
Goal: Formalize a plan and keep a diary.

7. Downsize stuff by half.
Goal: Go through and empty at least 5 bins a week.

I am wondering if I have too many focuses lol. But reality is, I need to work on all of them. I know that focus is the key because 16 hrs a day gives 96 hrs a week with one day off.  I know that I won't work all those hrs but if I worked 70hrs....10 hrs a week per item... I could make significant progress in 6 months. The problem is focus. Making sure I put 10 hrs a week on each. Taekwondo is 3 hrs in class so that would mean an additional 7 hrs out of class....I don't think I need more than an hr a day.... so drop that to 6 hrs a week. Number 4 is actually a combo of 3 and 5. It is also part of homechooling. So doesn't need a separate 10 hrs.  So I need to set goals for each and clock somehow the time I put towards the goals.
Now ..... just do it.
