try number who knows how many

So this year I have decided to try bullet journaling. I have a small notebook of graph paper that includes my 10 focus areas. I know. 10 sections....too many. But some sections overlap, like taekwondo and health. They have different outcomes but simular implementations. I need to create focus in my daily life. I can get too lost in one section and forget the other 9 exist. So I am not sure I have ever managed long enough to form a habit. Only time will tell. Here is what I am trying.
1. Simple 3 month calendar book for apts
2. Graph paper bullet journal
3. Small canvas bags to keep track of things needed for individul areas like korean books etc
Thats all so far. Still designing the plan.
I will post some of my bullet journal design tomorrow.

Moving forward

I have started to lose some weight. not a lot but enough that I am finally under 200 lbs. I need to lose at least 10 more so I stay under. My goal is 55 more lbs...but taking it 5 lbs at a time... so 190 is the next goal point. My clothes are all looser even though the scale remains the same.
I am loosing patience with trying to fix my diet in my busy life.

Back on track

So March goals....less eating out...no wheat.. no milk. Continue taekwondo...
I have started loosing weight again as soon as I dropped wheat and milk. Under 200 here I come...2 lbs to go

Energy level spike

Biggest problem with starting to eat healthy is that my energy level spikes... doesn't seem like that would be a negative....but for me that means also insomnia. It's 6 am and I am wide awake.

Feb challenge

So January's challenge was taekwondo at least 3 times per week.... challenge accomplished. This month I will continue that (more like 5 times a week) and no wheat, no dairy and no weighing myself. I will have a green smoothie every morning. I am starting Feb at 204.4. On the morning of feb 28 I will weigh again to see where I am at. Today I will also take begining measurements. I am doing a modified eat to live and kinda counting calories ( I don't get enough calories most days).  I need to come up with next month's challenge by Feb 15.

Up and down

It is only tuesday... but it feels like it has been a roller-coaster week already.  My daughter got a job and is leaving the country in 3 weeks. I have resigned myself again to living in this state longer than I had hoped.  I have a goal to complete taekwondo to black belt...if we stay... I can finish at the dojang I am at and I really like it there. Of course...if we move... I will find another dojang and keep going.  So... either way... I shall learn to be content...so not giving up a dream...but may be postponing it.
