So one of my goals is to attend taekwondo 3 times a week for the month of January. I accomplished that goal so far for the first two weeks of January. I am also adding that on the days I don't attend class on site... I stretch and practice basic techniques at home 3 days. Sundays are a day of rest. I want to reach a healthy weight and fitness level.
